  • The Package Feeder position at Effex Management Solutions LLC involves working on the second shift to ensure the proper packaging of food products.
The role focuses on inserting the correct quantity of products into bags or cases while maintaining cleanliness and compliance with safety and sanitation standards. This position is essential for maintaining product quality and adhering to company policies.
ESENTIAL DUTIES
  • Inform Line Monitor when line is low of product.
  • Recycle open packages when needed.
  • Be able to meet standard of feeding and packing.
  • Know the different spec of product and determine out of spec product.
  • Keep area clean at all times and comply with all sanitation procedures.
  • Be sure correct film and cases are used for foods being packaged.
  • Ensure count of product is correct per bag or case.
  • Identify and reject out of spec product.
  • Maintain knowledge, understanding and adherence to Safety policies, USDA, GMPs, QA, HACCP, third party standards, Sanitation rules and regulations, and other company policies.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • No prior experience or training required.
  • Must have the ability to communicate verbally.
  • Must be able to count.
