This role is essential in ensuring accurate order fulfillment, efficient inventory management, and safe handling of materials. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong manual handling skills, proficiency with warehouse equipment, and a commitment to safety protocols. Responsibilities Select items accurately using order pickers, barcode scanners, and RF scanners to fulfill customer orders efficiently.

Pack products securely for shipment, ensuring quality control standards are met.

Load and unload goods using appropriate material handling equipment while adhering to safety procedures.

Maintain accurate inventory records within warehouse management systems and perform regular stock counts.

Assist in shipping and receiving processes by verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders.

Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) during all warehouse activities.

Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize storage solutions and improve workflow efficiency.

Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing stock locations and replenishing inventory as needed. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, and inventory management.

Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning technology, and RF scanners.

Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures and materials handling best practices.

Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy items safely.

Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately.

Knowledge of safety protocols related to warehouse operations and heavy equipment operation.

Previous experience working with warehouse supervision or in a distribution center is preferred.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
