We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker / Packer to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking products from inventory, preparing orders for shipment, and ensuring packages meet quality and accuracy standards. Responsibilities Pick products according to customer orders and pick lists Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment Verify products, quantities, and order information for accuracy Inspect items for damage or defects before packing Organize products and maintain accurate inventory locations Keep the packing and warehouse areas clean, safe, and organized Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies Assist with receiving, stocking, and other warehouse duties as needed Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals Work effectively with other warehouse team members Qualifications Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or fulfillment experience is preferred but not required Ability to follow instructions and work accurately Good attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable attendance and punctuality Basic ability to read product labels, order information, and shipping documents Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs

Pay:

$21.80 - $26.20 per hour
