1 st shift, 7am-5pm Monday-Thursday Client Profile Our client is known for manufacturing custom packaging solutions that help protect products during shipping and handling. Key Responsibilities Apply glue or adhesive to materials according to production specifications. Operate or assist with glue application machinery and production equipment. Inspect materials and finished products to ensure proper adhesion and quality. Monitor equipment for proper operation and report malfunctions or production issues to a supervisor. Load, unload, and position materials for processing. Maintain a steady production pace while meeting quality and productivity standards. Follow all safety procedures when handling adhesives, machinery, and manufacturing materials. Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards. Assist with other production duties as assigned by management. Fast-paced job with 2 tables of 2 workers each (so they will be working as a pair) gluing the flaps on the cardboard Workers will be across from each other; they need to be able to do 2 boxes a minute and a total of 8100 a week What You'll Bring Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment. Ability to lift and move materials as required by the position. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required.
