Ridgeway, Virginia CoWorx Staffing Services has immediate openings for Assembly Workers in Ridgeway, VA!br] These are 2nd Shift positions offering paid lunch breaks and flexible schedule in a climate-controlled environment.

Hours:

2nd Shift Hours 3:30pm-11:30pm (Pay rate - $15.50 per hour) 40 hour work week is based on product availability

Responsibilities:

Assemble and tape boxes according to packaging requirements and production schedules. Pack bottles and gel syringes accurately while maintaining quality and productivity standards. Place bottles onto the production line to support continuous manufacturing operations. Perform rework activities, including unpacking bottles from existing boxes and repacking them into new packaging as required. Build product displays in accordance with company specifications and work instructions. Place caps on bottles and verify proper fit and product presentation. Stack finished goods on pallets safely and efficiently for storage and shipment. Work effectively in a non-climate-controlled environment where temperatures may vary based on outdoor conditions.

Desired Background/Skills:

Must be at least 18 years of age. No previous experience required; training will be provided. On-the-job training available to support successful job performance. Ability to lift and move objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights safely and efficiently. Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull as required to perform job duties. Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods throughout the workday. Steel-toe shoes are required.
