Job Purpose:
An entry-level position for someone willing to learn and grow in the hydraulics division by assisting their team with day to day duties while maintaining a strong satisfactory and relationship with our customers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Working in a team-oriented environment; Ability and desire to learn and retain information in order to meet goals and assist teammates; Ability to do basic math; Quickly problem solve and diagnose issues with materials; Ability to receive broken or damaged hydraulic hoses from customers and accurately identify issues; Identify specifics of broken materials such as size of hose, pressure, and fittings and utilizing this information to build new hoses; Must be able to use small power tools safely and effectively; Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Must be able to work safely and efficiently to meet production demands. Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, and physical. Ability to receive broken or damaged hydraulic hoses from customers and accurately identify issues. Identify specifics of broken materials such as size of hose, pressure, and fittings and utilizing this information to build new hoses. Must be able to use small power tools safely and effectively.
