Synergy Industrial Corporation operates a large online ecommerce network and is seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to join our Hard Drive Department as a Hard Drive Packing Associate . This position focuses primarily on preparing and packing large daily shipments of computer hard drives. The work is physical, repetitive, and fast-paced. Employees will be handling large quantities of hard drives throughout the day, building and moving heavy boxes, and making sure shipments are packed accurately and securely. We provide full on-the-job training. Primary Responsibilities Pack large quantities of computer hard drives for outgoing daily shipments. Accurately count, sort, and organize hard drives before packing. Package drives securely according to company procedures to help prevent damage during shipping. Build, fill, tape, label, and move shipping boxes. Verify quantities and shipment information before boxes are completed. Move completed boxes to designated shipping or staging areas. Maintain an efficient workflow while performing repetitive packing tasks. Keep hard drive inventory, packing materials, and work areas organized. Physical Requirements This is a physically demanding position.

Candidates must be comfortable with:

Repetitive lifting, packing, sorting, and handling of hard drives throughout the workday. Standing and moving for extended periods. Repeatedly handling boxes and computer equipment. Lifting and moving boxes weighing up to 70 lbs or more as needed. Working at a steady pace while maintaining accuracy. Performing repetitive tasks consistently throughout the shift.

-Training Duties As part of Synergy's collaborative warehouse environment, employees may occasionally assist with: Unpacking incoming inventory. Sorting and organizing computer components. Cleaning various consumer goods. Warehouse and workstation organization. Moving inventory throughout the warehouse. Miscellaneous project-based tasks depending on daily workflow. Our Hard Drive Department processes a high volume of inventory, with large shipments of drives being prepared and shipped on a daily basis. We are looking for someone who is reliable, comfortable with physical work, and able to maintain accuracy while performing repetitive tasks. Job Requirements Candidates must be able to: Arrive on time and maintain reliable attendance. Lift and move boxes weighing up to approximately 70 lbs. Perform repetitive physical work for extended periods. Stand, lift, bend, carry, sort, and pack throughout the shift. Accurately count and organize large quantities of hard drives. Follow packing and shipping procedures carefully. Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Adapt to different warehouse tasks depending on daily workload. Work independently once trained while also functioning well as part of a team.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
