1st Shift Job Summary We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Associates to join a fast-paced distribution center. This is an entry-level position responsible for preparing, packing, and labeling products for shipment while ensuring accuracy and quality. This is a great opportunity to get started in a warehouse environment with long-term potential. Key Responsibilities Package products according to company standards and order requirements Label, sort, and prepare items for shipment Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging Follow packing instructions and ensure correct quantities Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with general warehouse duties as needed Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Qualifications Entry-level - no prior experience required Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment Strong attention to detail Reliable and punctual Willingness to learn and take on new tasks Physical Requirements Ability to stand for the duration of the shift Ability to lift up to 25-40 lbs as needed Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive movements Work Environment Warehouse/distribution center setting Fast-paced environment with productivity expectations May involve standing for long periods Benefits $16.00/hour starting pay Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential 1st shift schedule Opportunity for growth within the company

Pay Details:
