Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm Temp-to-Hire opportunity with long-term stability Weekly pay with direct deposit or pay card When you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and referral bonus programs Job Description As a Repackaging Associate, you will support daily warehouse operations by accurately repackaging products according to customer and company specifications. This role is essential to maintaining product quality, workflow efficiency, and safety standards within a fast-paced distribution environment. Responsibilities Repackage products accurately according to established specifications and quality standards Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and proper labeling before shipment Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and production standards Support inventory accuracy and workflow efficiency through attention to detail Assist with general warehouse duties and special projects as assigned by supervisors Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines Qualifications and Requirements Previous warehouse, production, or repackaging experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic, dependability, and time management skills Ability to stand, lift, bend, and move throughout the shift as needed Commitment to workplace safety and operational efficiency Your New Organization A well-established third-party logistics and warehousing provider that supports distribution and supply chain operations for nationally recognized brands.
