Translate executive-level objectives into structured annual plans, quarterly initiatives, and operational priorities. Oversee execution of key projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and accountability are met across all teams. Lead team performance management, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and professional development. Oversee staffing strategy, workload planning, and resource allocation to support operational efficiency and growth. ■

Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, COGS analysis, and executive reporting. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, financial modeling, and large data analysis). Proven experience managing managers and teams, including performance management and organizational development. Strong organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills. Fluent in Japanese and English (verbal and written) with experience conducting professional negotiations. Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally with Finance and senior leadership. Solid understanding of corporate compliance, internal controls, and audit processes.
