Role Description This is a full-time role for a Purchasing Manager located in Inlet Beach, FL, with flexibility for 20% remote work. The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for providing top notch internal customer service and will lead the purchasing team to stay on budget, on spec, and on time. Daily negotiation, mentorship and site awareness is imperative. Weekly site visits are required to ensure waste is under control and materials management prerogatives are being upheld. This is a senior management role, working closely with other senior managers, the operations manager and the company owners. Qualifications Contract negotiation Procurement and vendor management experience Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer service orientation Proficient in Microsoft Office and builder software Proficient in Excel models for budgeting and proformas Experience in the construction or real estate industry Resourcefulness and the ability to make good decisions are critical.
