full-time About the Opportunity This is a client-facing role responsible for managing complex sourcing events, supplier negotiations, commercial strategy, and contract execution across a broad range of outsourcing and business services categories. The position offers exposure to global stakeholders, large-scale transformation programs, and high-value sourcing initiatives within regulated environments. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives for BPO and outsourced business services Develop category strategies, sourcing approaches, and supplier engagement models Conduct market analysis, supplier evaluations, RFIs, and RFPs Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions Partner with legal, risk, compliance, and business stakeholders Deliver measurable value through cost optimization and supplier management Support global sourcing programs across multiple regions Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders Requirements Extensive experience sourcing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services Proven track record managing sourcing events from strategy through contract execution Strong commercial and contract negotiation capabilities Experience working within banking, financial services, or other regulated industries Understanding of supplier risk management and outsourcing governance Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience supporting international sourcing programs Fluent English required Application Information Due to the confidential nature of this search, company details will be shared with shortlisted candidates during the recruitment process.
