Due to continued investment and future growth plans, they are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to play an important role within their leadership team. In this role, you will oversee a team of Buyers and ensure the business has a strong, reliable, and commercially effective supply base. You'll manage key supplier partnerships, lead commercial discussions, identify savings opportunities, and work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to support business requirements. This would suit an experienced Procurement or Purchasing Manager looking for more influence, greater leadership responsibility, and the opportunity to make their mark within a successful manufacturing organization.

The Role:

Lead and develop an established purchasing team. Drive improvements across procurement and supplier performance. Manage key commercial negotiations and supplier partnerships. Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and senior management.

The Candidate:

Procurement / Purchasing leadership experience within manufacturing. Strong commercial negotiation and supplier management background. Experience managing and developing Buyers. ERP and inventory experience. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or similar.
