Job Description

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is working with a client in Franklin, NH that is looking for a Shipping Manager to the team. We are looking for candidates who can start immediately. Responsibilities Document, evaluate, and improve purchasing processes and workflows Collaborate cross-functionally with Materials, Shipping, Operations, and Customer Service teams Lead, manage, and mentor purchasing team members Identify process gaps and implement opportunities for improvement Support key operational initiatives and organizational goals Qualifications Experience working with large-scale ERP systems preferred, such as SAP or Oracle Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments

Compensation:
