Job Description
Job Overview Do you enjoy leading conversations, connecting with people, and helping them build practical skills for recovery? New Destiny Healing is seeking a warm, dependable Group Facilitator to lead engaging groups and support residents in a welcoming, team-centered environment. We are a Joint Commission-accredited behavioral health residential program with two men's facilities serving 20 residents. Our small, intimate setting gives staff the time to build relationships and make a positive difference in residents' lives. We are also preparing to open a third facility that will allow us to serve all genders. Job Responsibilities Plan and facilitate structured, engaging groups for residents. Encourage participation and help create a respectful, supportive group environment. Complete timely group documentation and communicate relevant updates to the clinical and residential teams. Coordinate with therapists, case managers, and program staff to support residents' goals. Assist with case management tasks and other program duties as needed. Provide individual support or services only when appropriate to your qualifications, role, and program authorization. Complete other related duties as needed.
