We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Program Director for the Peg Taylor Center, Adult Day Health Care. The Program Director provides leadership and oversight of daily program operations while ensuring high quality, participant centered care. Peg Taylor Center has supported Butte County residents for 40 years. We are a community focused Adult Day Health Center dedicated to helping older adults and those with chronic health needs live safely, independently, and with dignity. The Program Director works closely with clinical and administrative staff, participants and families, healthcare providers, and community partners. What You'll Do Oversee the daily operations of the program. Promote high-quality, participant-centered care. Ensure appropriate staffing, scheduling, and coverage. Ensure participant's needs are appropriately assessed and addressed. Develop positive relationships with participants, families, caregivers, physicians, health plans, referral sources, and community organizations. Monitor participant satisfaction, safety, outcomes, and quality of services. Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment. Support coordination of interdisciplinary services. Recruit, interview, orient, supervise, evaluate, and retain qualified staff. Maintain compliance with applicable regulations. Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures. Work with administrative and billing staff to support accurate documentation and appropriate reimbursement. Support outreach, referrals, and participant enrollment activities. Represent the program professionally within the community. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of management, supervisory, or administrative experience; OR Master's degree and at least 1 year of management, supervisory, or administrative experience; OR Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of management, supervisory, or administrative experience. The candidate must also demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities related to the health and mental, cognitive, and social needs of the population served. Employment is contingent upon meeting all applicable CDPH, CDA, Title 22, background check, licensing requirements and negative TB test. The appointment of a Program Director is subject to the California Department of Aging pre-screening/pre-approval process. Pay:

$32.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 40.0 per week
