  • 25/hour | Paid Training Help Kids Become Happy, Healthy & Strong USA Ninja Challenge Dublin is looking for dependable, energetic full-time coaches who want to make a lasting impact on children.
Our coaches help kids develop strength, coordination, confidence, resilience, and the courage to keep trying when something is difficult. We're looking for people who enjoy that work and want to help build a strong program for our athletes and families. Previous ninja experience is not required. We will train you in our obstacles, curriculum, spotting, class structure, and safety procedures. Experience working with children is strongly preferred for this full-time role.
What You'll Do:
Coach Classes and Develop Athletes Lead groups and obstacle stations for children approximately ages 4-17 Explain and demonstrate skills in ways children can understand Follow lesson plans and skill progressions Keep athletes active, engaged, and appropriately challenged Spot athletes and maintain a safe, structured class Give specific encouragement and constructive feedback Help assess and track athlete progress Communicate professionally with parents about their child's experience Support Camps, Parties, and Special Programs Full-time coaches help deliver programs beyond weekly classes, including: School-break and summer camps Birthday parties Parents' Night Out Clinics and special events Group visits and field trips Community activities As you develop, you may take ownership of an assigned program: preparing for it, helping staff deliver it consistently, identifying problems, and improving the experience for families. Help Keep the Gym Ready Prepare and reset obstacles and equipment Complete assigned safety checks Help open and close the facility Keep coaching areas clean and organized Support check-in and help families when needed Prepare for upcoming classes, camps, and events Identify equipment or facility concerns and communicate them promptly Strengthen the Coaching Team As you become proficient in our program, you may help train newer coaches, model strong class management, and reinforce our coaching and safety standards. You do not need experience in every area. We care about your ability to connect with children, learn our system, and perform reliably. What a Full-Time Week May Include Class coaching is concentrated in weekday afternoons and evenings. The rest of the role may include camps, parties, staff training, program preparation, equipment readiness, athlete evaluations, and operational tasks. Weekend work is part of this position. Schedules will vary with classes, school breaks, and events, but we are looking for someone who can commit to a consistent schedule of approximately 40 hours per week , including weekday evenings and weekends. Growth Path We want full-time coaches to see a future here: Full-Time Coach → Senior Coach → Lead Coach → Assistant Manager Growth comes with demonstrated responsibility. A coach ready for the next step can independently run strong classes, maintain safety standards, earn families' trust, help other coaches improve, and take ownership of programs and daily operations. We provide feedback so you know what to work on. Advancement is based on performance and the needs of the business, rather than a fixed amount of time in the role. Compensation $21
  • 25 per hour , depending on relevant experience, demonstrated coaching ability, and responsibilities.
Training is paid. Physical Requirements This is an active coaching role. You should be comfortable standing and moving for extended periods, demonstrating athletic movements and techniques, assisting children on obstacles, and moving equipment as needed. About USA Ninja Challenge Dublin Our mission is to help kids become Happy, Healthy & Strong — one obstacle at a time. We use obstacle training to teach more than physical skills. Children learn to face challenges, practice perseverance, celebrate progress, and build confidence. Our coaches shape that experience every day. Selected candidates will be invited to a phone interview and may participate in a practical, supervised coaching evaluation.
