Starting Salary:

$70,304+ annually Monthly Bonus Opportunities Full-Time | In Person We are seeking a motivated and experienced Administrative Sales Office Manager to oversee daily operations, employee supervision, facility management, and program coordination within our Adult Day Program serving individuals with developmental disabilities. This leadership role works closely with management and program teams to ensure operational excellence, staff development, regulatory compliance, and high-quality client care. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, solution-oriented, and capable of leading within a fast-paced and continuously growing environment.
