Senior Program Manager Milpitas, CA Job Details Full-time $130 - $150 a year 1 hour ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Vision insurance 401(k) matching Qualifications Customer communication Schedule management Production planning Purchasing Business Administration Senior leadership Full Job Description To supervise all activities of the Program Management organization related to the customer order management of products, the coordination of customer programs, and communications between Asteelflash and the customer. Coordinate new product introduction and review, purchase order reviews, and contract reviews. Responsibilities
  • Overseas all activities of the Program Management Team
  • Defining customer expectations for; Quality, Cost and Delivery.
  • Monitor KPIs
  • Oversee and/or manage monthly and quarterly business reviews
  • Overall profit and loss of customer accounts.
  • Monitoring and tracks all customer collections for PPV, Tariffs/Duties, expedited freight, NRE, rework, overtime, etc.
  • Ensure all E&O materials are identified, quotes created and issued to the customer, and collect associated costs. Maintain regular communication with customers and be proactive in identifying potential new sales opportunities.
  • Coordinates the start-up of new programs, product implementation plan and schedule. Monitors loading of BOMs, standards, and orders into the ERP system
  • Interfaces with internal technical functions ensure manufacturing, customer requirements, material requirements, and associated costs are met as required by contract.
  • Interfaces with Planning Team to monitor the proper MRP Load and release of all manufacturing kits
  • Coordinates the cut-in of all Engineering Changes, determines the cost impact and then informs the customer
  • Works with Purchasing for material cost and with Manufacturing Engineering for labor
  • Coordinates quoting activity, pricing review, and problem resolution for assigned Customers
  • Supervises salaried and hourly personnel, provides information, advice and counsel on an organizational basis.
  • Coordinates interdepartmental actions to obtain problem resolution through corrective action and/or preventative actions.
  • Coordinates the activities related to pre-production review and post-production stage reviews.
  • Reports to top management on the performance of the customer perception of received service and issues identifying the need for improvement.
  • Performs other duties as directed Requirements/Job Profile Education/Qualification
  • Business degree or equivalent Experience (Years & Fields)
  • 8 years of program management, preferably in a supervisory role
