Tuesday to Saturday and on call when not physically present at the facility We're looking for a dedicated and driven individual with strong leadership skills and prior experience working at a 6-bed DTX/RTC facility. You would be the leader of all daily operations including managing the BHT's, compliance, program schedule, program curriculum, documentation, medication management, staff training, facilities maintenance and more. Glance:
Manage and train the Behavioral Health Technicians, Nurses and all other staff Oversee all compliance and regulatory items to ensure the standards are met Very knowledgeable of all Joint Commission requirements Very knowledgeable of all DHCS requirements / regulations Must be computer literate and tech savvy Ensuring the facility runs on time for all program items. Oversee all clinical documentation Document all necessary items in Kipu and daily Kipu auditing Manage all scheduled (staff schedule, program schedule, group schedule) Other duties include: medication pass, taking vitals, CIWAS/COWS, computer work, group notes documentation, group facilitation, transportation, food ordering and food management, facility maintenance, inventory, supply ordering, vehicle inspections and more. You need to have a good understanding of how to use a computer and various software systems (Microsoft Office, Email and various online platforms) Complete all related documentation in Kipu EMR, onsite and within required timelines Respond to clinical crises and client needs with professionalism and therapeutic integrity Collaborate with a tight-knit, multidisciplinary team, including medical staff and clinical leadership, to support client progress Staff training, staff accountability Facility oversight for cleaning, maintenance, equipment, vehicles, furniture etc. What You Bring to the

You're someone who shows up with heart, structure, and a strong work ethic. You're confident in your technical skills—or eager to develop them—and ready to contribute to a fast-paced environment with high standards and a high level of support. We're looking for someone who: Holds active LCSW, RADT or CADC (or similar) Knowledge of the 12 Steps / AA / NA Has prior DTX/RTC inpatient and Management experience, in a residential or substance misuse treatment setting Is skilled at balancing clinical care, documentation, and teamwork Feels comfortable managing others, overseeing vehicle maintenance Understands the unique experiences and emotional needs of First Responders and Veterans Has strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills Brings a positive, collaborative attitude—and isn't afraid of working hard Has a California Drivers License Has a valid CPR Certificate Must be able to pass a drug test Ready to Join the Team?
