About the role | Ko te mahi nei As a Digital Solutions Business Partner, you will be a trusted advisor to Council teams, helping them identify opportunities, solve business challenges, and make the most of digital technology. You will build strong relationships across the organisation, understand business needs, and work with delivery teams to shape and prioritise solutions that align with Council's strategic objectives. This is a varied and engaging role where you will provide strategic advice, lead conversations about business improvement, support change initiatives, and help ensure investment in technology delivers meaningful outcomes. You will act as the key link between business units and the Digital team, promoting a customer-focused approach and fostering strong partnerships across the organisation. About you | Ko Koe Tēnei We are looking for someone with experience in digital, technology, relationship management, or a similar field. You will have strong stakeholder engagement skills, the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions, and experience working in complex organisational environments. Experience facilitating workshops, supporting organisational change, managing business relationships, or contributing to strategic planning and investment decisions will be highly regarded. You will be passionate about delivering great customer experiences, building trusted partnerships, and helping Council achieve better outcomes through the application of technology.
