Affordable Home Services is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Retail Program Coordinator to serve as the primary administrative liaison between our company and one of our major retail partners. This position is responsible for keeping retail partner leads and projects organized and moving forward from start to finish. You will manage documentation, track project progress, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure program requirements and deadlines are consistently met. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, comfortable juggling multiple moving pieces, takes pride in ensuring nothing falls through the cracks, and possesses the ability to communicate effectively and intentionally with diverse personalities in a fast-paced environment, including coordinating with field technicians. Responsibilities
Manage and track retail partner leads and projects from initial submission through completion
Serve as the primary administrative liaison between our company and our retail partner
Ensure required paperwork and documentation are accurate, complete, and submitted on time
Follow up on outstanding documents, customer information, project updates, and action items
Maintain accurate and organized records for all program-related projects
Monitor projects to ensure required steps, deadlines, and program requirements are met
Communicate professionally with customers, office staff, technicians, management, and retail partner representatives
Identify missing information or potential issues and proactively follow up to resolve them
Keep internal systems, online portals, and tracking sheets accurate and up to date
Assist with resolving issues that could delay a project
Keep management informed of outstanding items, deadlines, or concerns
Learn and consistently follow retail partner processes and requirements
Help maintain a professional, responsive relationship with our retail partner Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Dependable and able to work independently
Proactive and comfortable taking ownership of tasks through completion
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, email, online portals, and office software
Ability to learn and consistently follow established processes
Professional and courteous when communicating with customers and business partners
Previous administrative, project coordination, customer service, or office experience preferred
Experience in HVAC, home services, construction, or retail partner programs is a plus, but not required

This role requires someone who notices when something is missing, takes initiative to get it resolved, and doesn't need to be reminded to follow up. You don't need to come in knowing the HVAC industry or our retail partner's processes, we can teach you those. What matters most is that you're organized, detail-oriented, dependable, communicative, and willing to take ownership of your work.
Pay:
$22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
