Must have the following in order to apply: High School Diploma or equivalent Four (4) years of apartment management experience or a Bachelor's Degree Required COS in the first year-no earlier than 4 months Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and state landlord/tenant rights and obligations
Required Screenings:
Drug Testing/Screening; Background Checks; Reference Checks; Drug Free Workplace. The Assistant to the Housing Community Coordinator (AHCC) assists in the daily operations of the assigned property.
Work Environment:
