RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Program Manager in Lake Mary, FL.

Summary:

The Program Manager is responsible for supervising a wide range of programs (collections of related projects) including the delivery, overall success, and analysis of each program. The Program Development team is responsible for engaging stakeholders in each business unit while initiating, planning, and defining new programs and projects. The Program Manager must be inquisitive and analytical while possessing a strategic mindset and a strong planning skill set. The goal of the Program Manager is to ensure every program assigned will be delivered successfully and add the highest possible value to the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with the Program Development Manager to plan individual programs from appraisal to implementation; This includes identification of deadlines, value, costs, milestones and dependencies
• Provide deliverables (Project Scope Document/Charter and Business Case) on applicable projects
• Leverage AI tools available to manage Programs and identify ways to improve efficiency and productivity through the use of agentic workflows within PMO
• Identify/manage process improvements to new/existing framework (including but not limited to working/reporting on/tracking of programs)
• Apply change, risk and resource management principles when needed
• Read reports prepared by managers to determine progress and issues
• Ensure program operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies
• Keep senior management informed with detailed and accurate reports, presentations, and/or site updates

REQUIREMENTS

• Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
• Thorough knowledge of Agile methodologies and techniques
• Thorough knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools available to the team including MS Copilot
• Thorough knowledge of insurance operations and sound decision-making skills
• Working knowledge of MS office and program management software (e.g. MS Project, Jira, PPM Express, etc.)
• A business acumen with strategic ability
• An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency/Expertise in PowerPoint, MS Project, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Power Automate, Forms, Copilot
• Ability to manage time effectively, adapt to change, and work on tasks with competing priorities The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.

We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
