Oversee program evaluation through data collection, analysis, and reporting to measure success and inform continuous improvement. Develop marketing strategies utilizing social media management and outreach campaigns to promote programs and increase community participation. Facilitate public speaking engagements to raise awareness about program initiatives and foster community support. Coordinate fundraising efforts, grant writing, and administrative tasks to ensure sustainable program operations. Engage with culturally diverse communities through grassroots organizing, community outreach events, and bilingual communication when applicable. Provide leadership in crisis situations by ensuring safety protocols such as CPR certification are maintained for staff and volunteers involved in youth or health programs. Collaborate with community partners to address underserved populations' needs while promoting social work principles and addiction counseling when relevant. Qualifications Proven experience in volunteer management, supervising teams, or leading community-based projects. Strong background in program development, project management, marketing, and data collection techniques. Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively. Knowledge of social media management tools and technical proficiency in organizational software applications. Experience working with culturally diverse communities; bilingual skills are highly desirable. Demonstrated success in grassroots community organizing and youth program teaching experience preferred. Background in social work or public health with an understanding of addiction counseling is advantageous. Exceptional organizational skills coupled with strong written communication abilities for report writing and client correspondence. Ability to work collaboratively with community partners while demonstrating leadership qualities in team settings. Valid CPR certification or willingness to obtain it upon hire; experience working with underserved communities is a plus.
