Oversee required data entry, enrollment records, grant documentation, and program reporting. Monitor participation requirements and follow up on missing information, documentation errors, and compliance concerns. Maintain organized records for internal monitoring and external review. Monitor the program budget, review fiscal reports, and approve participant assistance requests according to agency procedures. Collaborate with agency leadership and community partners to address program needs and strengthen services. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in social work or a related social service field. At least three years of management experience in a nonprofit or social service setting, including at least two years of supervisory experience, preferrably in a domestic violence and/or sexual assault program. Strong understanding of domestic violence dynamics, survivor-centered services, empowerment, and trauma-informed care. Knowledge of relevant Georgia laws, victim resources, and client rights. Strong leadership, communication, conflict-resolution, and organizational skills. Ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records, and follow through on deadlines.
