About Clubhouse Camden:

Clubhouse Camden supports and empowers teens in Camden. Middle and high school students have access to various services, including academic support, job readiness training, health and nutrition education, family involvement events, leadership development, and recreational activities.

Salary Expectations:

Within the designated salary range of $40,000

•47,000 annually, based on a full-time schedule. A minimum salary expectation will be required for consideration. Hourly rates for a part-time candidate would be a prorated equivalent of the listed range.

Position Overview:

The Coordinator, Youth Services plays a hands-on role in the day-to-day delivery of youth development programs at Clubhouse Camden. This individual is responsible for implementing daily curricula, executing scheduled activities, coordinating guest speakers and community partners, and maintaining accurate program records and attendance tracking. The Coordinator works closely with leadership to ensure a safe, engaging, and impactful environment for local youth and reports directly to the Clubhouse Director. The position is funded partially or fully with grant-based funding. Continuation of employment in this position depends on both performance and funding availability. Anticipated Schedule (if full-time): Monday

Friday:

10:30 am

•6:30 pm

Saturday:

11 am

•4 pm (at least twice per month)

•This is based on a full-time position agreement. The Clubhouse is open to teens at approximately 2:30 pm on weekdays. A mix of administrative time (before teens are physically present) and direct service time is anticipated. The final schedule is open to negotiation for full-time and part-time offers. This largely depends on determining the final schedule for the Clubhouse Director and part-time team members. The Clubhouse Director is responsible for ensuring at least one full-time staff member and an additional staff member are present at all times youth are in the Clubhouse.

Part-Time Option:

Serve South is open to considering part-time applicants who possess a graduate degree in youth development or behavioral health. If applying for part-time consideration, please submit schedule preferences and/or limitations within your cover letter.

Key Responsibilities:
Program Implementation:

Deliver daily lesson plans, structured activities, academic support, and youth development programs in alignment with organizational goals.

Curriculum & Materials Management:

Maintain, organize, and update program materials, lesson plans, presentations, and activity worksheets on the shared organizational drive.

Community & Speaker Coordination:

Serve as a primary point of contact for guest speakers, community partners, and collaborative local stakeholders.

Scheduling & Calendar Maintenance:

Keep the year-long program calendar up to date with recurring activities, special events, workshops, and guest visits.

Tracking & Documentation:

Accurately record daily attendance, participant surveys, lesson logs, and program documentation in compliance with grant requirements.

Process & Inventory Support:

Document operational routines, track program supply inventory, and coordinate regular material reordering.

Youth Engagement & Safety:

Supervise youth participants, foster an inclusive and positive culture, and ensure adherence to all safety regulations and facility policies.

Qualifications:
Educational Background:

Associate's or bachelor's degree in Youth Development, Education, Social Work, Public Administration, or a related field preferred (relevant equivalent experience will be considered).

Professional Experience:

1-3 years of direct experience working with youth, adolescents, or community-based programs.

Skills:

Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and engage effectively with diverse youth populations and community partners.

Additional Requirements:

Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.

Compensation:
Base Salary:

$40,000

•$47,000 annually based on experience, credentialing, and education.
