Behavior Interventionist (Part-Time); additional hours may become available We're seeking a dynamic professional to join our care team.

Wages :

(Up to $2,578.33 per month) We have the following shifts available:

Meridian Center :

Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (2.30pm - 6 pm)

Nampa Center:

Wednesday (2-6pm); Friday (8 or 9am - 6pm)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement targeted strategies to reduce problematic behaviors and promote positive behaviors using techniques such as positive reinforcement. Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor progress; adjust interventions as needed. Engage and mentor youth with a range of intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a social science field from an accredited college or university OR be within 24 credits of completing a bachelor's degree in a social science Minimum of 1 year of supervised one-on-one experience with children with disabilities (required) If this requirement is not yet met, we can offer a supervised pathway to obtain the necessary experience Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain with our support) How to
