Responsibilities:
Provides onsite day-to-day support in absence of an Executive Director Establishes the Community's goals and objectives Implementing organizational, financial, marketing plans, policies and procedures Evaluates the Community's adherence to all applicable regulations and approved operating procedures Reviews Community's liability, property, and compensation insurance coverage and provides recommendations to ownership Acts as an on-call resource to the Communities and Gardant on a 24-hour basis to address urgent matters Reviews and monitors account receivable activities at each Community to ensure collection and billing process/policies are adhered to Conducts formal performance evaluations at the end of the introductory period and on an annual basis Supports in the planning and provision of informational in-services and other staff development activities Participates in department manager interviews and the hiring process Monitors Community's Quality Improvement and safety programs Evaluates overall operations including, but not limited to, ensuring compliance with daily standup meetings, call light review, QAPI program, rent readiness, finance & revenue accounting and TELS compliance Assists Senior - RDO with conducting Operations Training for new Executive Directors and Business Office Managers as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree preferred 5 years healthcare experience required with multi-site management experience required Must have current Indiana RCA or HFA licensure. Thorough knowledge of state, federal and local regulations Extensive travel and overnight stays, valid driver's license required
