As a Memory Care Program Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents living with Alzheimer's disease and other memory-related conditions. About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the daily programs and activities for our memory care residents. This will include developing and implementing activity plans, conducting assessments to determine resident interests and abilities, and collaborating with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, reporting, and statistical analysis to support program evaluation and improvement.
