• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5 years of experience in Social Service or 2 years supervisory experience in related field
• Candidates must be 21 years of age or older

• Pass all necessary background checks Job Profile The Program Manager provides supervision and coordination of all activities to achieve consistent overall program implementation in a Group Home setting: scheduling, supervision and evaluation of direct care staff, participation in recreation planning, developmental and review; implementation of all techniques, strategies, and procedures to protect the health and safety of all clients.

• 10pm The successful candidate will:
• Provide primary support and supervision to youth
• Responsible for balancing program petty cash and youth allowances
• Provide support, supervision, and guidance for staff
• Participate in on-call responsibilities on a rotating basis
• Will perform daily responsibilities within the milieus alongside supervisors and Direct Care Staff
• Responsible for delegating programmatic responsibilities to Direct Care Staff
• Completing and responsible for ensuring all necessary paperwork
• Organize, facilitate, and participate in recreational, life, and social skills activities with youth
• Attend mandatory trainings
• Utilize and implement behavior support techniques
• Model healthy boundaries and social skills within the program milieu for youth and staff
