Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
5 years of experience in Social Service or 2 years supervisory experience in related field
Candidates must be 21 years of age or older
Valid Driver's License
Proof of vehicle insurance
Pass all necessary background checks
Job Profile
The Program Manager provides supervision and coordination of all activities to achieve consistent overall program implementation in a Group Home setting: scheduling, supervision and evaluation of direct care staff, participation in recreation planning, developmental and review; implementation of all techniques, strategies, and procedures to protect the health and safety of all clients.

The successful candidate will:
Provide primary support and supervision to youth
Responsible for balancing program petty cash and youth allowances
Provide support, supervision, and guidance for staff
Participate in on-call responsibilities on a rotating basis
Will perform daily responsibilities within the milieus alongside supervisors and Direct Care Staff
Responsible for delegating programmatic responsibilities to Direct Care Staff
Completing and responsible for ensuring all necessary paperwork
Organize, facilitate, and participate in recreational, life, and social skills activities with youth
Attend mandatory trainings
Utilize and implement behavior support techniques
Model healthy boundaries and social skills within the program milieu for youth and staff
Provide a safe and nurturing living and working environment for youth and employees
