The selected candidate will work directly at the supplier's facility to ensure contractual commitments are met, deliverables stay on schedule, and technical issues are addressed before they affect program execution. Interim clearances are not accepted. Experience managing suppliers, subcontractors, or vendor performance. Strong supplier management and program coordination skills. Ability to work independently and hold suppliers accountable for schedule and delivery commitments. Strong communication, problem-solving, and risk management skills. Ability to work on-site at a supplier facility in the Greater Boston area at least 3 days per week. Ability to travel to Colorado approximately once per quarter. Preferred Qualifications Typically 4-6 years of relevant experience. Experience supporting defense contractors or government programs. Missile program or missile industry experience. Experience in supplier program management, subcontract management, or defense supply chain operations. Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) as they apply to supplier management. Experience tracking supplier cost, schedule, technical performance, and contractual deliverables. Technical or engineering degree. Higher education or relevant experience in program management and supplier execution. This opportunity is well suited for a defense industry professional with supplier management experience who can work directly with a major subcontractor, monitor program execution, resolve issues, and keep critical deliverables on schedule. Candidates should be comfortable working independently, managing supplier relationships, and supporting a high-priority defense program.
