Citizen Clearance Requirement:

TS/SCI clearance with polygraph Scrum Coach-Scrum Certification, Experience in Collaborating w/Product Owner in preparation for SAFe/agile ceremonies, including sprint reviews, Inspect and Adapt, and Program Increment (PI) planning events.

Required Qualifications:

Must be a U.S. Citizen TS/SCI clearance with polygraph Fifteen (15) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management, and a Bachelor's Degree with a business focus or technical focus is required. In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level III in any focus area, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eighteen (18) years may be substituted. In lieu of certification, an additional two (2) years of directly related experience for a total of twenty (20) years may be substituted. Possess well-developed interpersonal, writing, and oral skills to effectively communicate at all levels; consistently exercise tact, discretion, diplomacy, and elicit team synergy is preferred. Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel is preferred to include demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts. Trained in the Lean Six Sigma Program is a bonus.

Compensation Range:
