Position Responsibilities Program Oversight Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale programs from initiation to completion Define program scope, objectives, and key milestones in alignment with strategic goals Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery Cross-Functional Leadership Facilitate collaboration across departments and stakeholders Drive alignment between technical, operational, and executive teams Provide leadership in setting priorities, resolving conflicts, and managing expectations Stakeholder Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Communicate program status, challenges, and successes to senior leadership Act as a trusted advisor and escalation point throughout the program lifecycle Budget and Resource Management Manage program budgets and resource allocation effectively Ensure optimal utilization of personnel, tools, and technologies Prerequisites 8+ years of progressive experience in program or project management, ideally in enterprise environments Proven track record of delivering complex programs on time and within budget Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills Excellent communication and leadership capabilities Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies Certifications (Preferred, but not Required) PMP (Project Management Professional) SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) PgMP (Program Management Professional) Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) What the Role Offers Competitive base salary: $120,000 - $190,000 Opportunity to lead high-impact programs with organizational visibility Work with a talented, mission-driven team Strong growth potential and career development opportunities Comprehensive benefits package Why Baltimore?
