Job Description

The Discipleship Intern Program helps students grow to a higher level of integrating their faith and leadership. Interns meet weekly with the program supervisor for one to two hours and dedicate additional time each week (up to three hours) to their own discipleship development, ideally in short daily increments. Interns are also encouraged to participate in the weekly Discovery Bible Study on campus. Candidates for this position are identified through one of the following: Completion of BUS 107, with faculty recommendation based on demonstrated understanding and engagement with the course material
Active participation in the Discovery Bible Study group, with recommendation from the group's leadership or the program supervisor
Students who meet either pathway and are interested in the program should reach out directly to Professor Ashdown or Dr. Chan to express interest. Final selection is made by the program supervisor and course instructor based on demonstrated interest in faith integration and leadership development.
