Job Description

PROGRAM DIRECTOR
NorthStar Regional | Otsego, Minnesota Full-time | On-site | Monday through Friday, day shift | $85,000 to $105,000 NorthStar Regional is a Twin Cities substance use disorder treatment provider dedicated to delivering the full ASAM continuum of care across our five campuses. We are seeking a Program Director to spearhead clinical operations at our Riverwood Campus in Otsego. Reporting directly to the COO, this vital role serves as the designated Alcohol and Drug Counselor Supervisor under Minnesota Statutes chapter 245G. The Director will directly oversee a dedicated team of counselors and be responsible for the clinical excellence of their campus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Own campus clinical compliance under Minnesota Statutes chapter 245G Document weekly clinical supervision and sign off on supervisee records Lead weekly clinical consultation treatment plan review Direct campus discharge planning Assign caseloads and maintain clinical coverage Hold clinical practice to evidence-based SUD treatment standards Hire, onboard, and evaluate clinical staff, including annual reviews and improvement plans Deliver staff orientation and training to 245G standards Cover short-term direct client services during unplanned counselor absences
REQUIREMENTS
Current Minnesota LADC licensure, or qualification for exemption under chapter 148F Three or more years providing individual and group counseling to individuals with SUD Ability to apply Minnesota Statutes chapter 245G and maltreatment reporting requirements under sections 245A.65, 626.557, 626.5572, and chapter 260E Bachelor's or master's degree preferred Must pass a Minnesota Department of Human Services background study Adherence to NorthStar Regional's drug-free workplace policy
Pay:
$85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
