Job Description
Local, family-owned and operated Innovations Waiver service provider is looking for a new Day Supports Coordinator to join our family! Sadly, our current coordinator is relocating, and we are in need of a caring and compassionate individual to assist us in achieving our mission of increasing the quality of life for the individuals whom we serve. Our day support setting is intended to be a fun place to engage in activities throughout the day for the individuals we serve. We are in need of an individual who can help us plan fun, weekly activities where the individuals can reach their goals while having fun! This is also a leadership position within our agency, managing all day support staff from hire.. This position will also be providing 1:1 direct care support for an individual that we serve and will be the role model for other staff members that are working in the day program. Understanding each of the individuals that we serve is important in developing activities for everyone, so an inquisitive mind is important for this position. Qualified candidates must have at least:
- High school diploma
- Active NC Drivers License
- A Caring Heart
- Good References
