Job Description

Chesco, Inc. is a nonprofit organization with more than 40 years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities. We're looking for a Program Manager to join our fun, dedicated team! This is more than a management position. It's an opportunity to build relationships, mentor staff, solve problems, advocate for the people we support, and help create an environment where individuals can thrive. What You'll Do As Program Manager, you'll help lead our agencies day-to-day operations while remaining connected to the people and staff you serve.

You'll:

Support and mentor a team of direct-support professionals. Help ensure individuals receive high-quality, person-centered services. Build positive relationships with individuals, families, staff, and community partners. Support individuals in pursuing their goals, increasing independence, and participating fully in their communities. Work collaboratively to address challenges and find solutions. Help create a workplace culture built on respect, teamwork, accountability, and compassion. Partner with the Associate Director to ensure the program operates effectively and consistently. Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you have professional or personal experience supporting individuals with disabilities and 1-2 years of supervisory or leadership experience . Just as important, we're looking for someone who: Leads with compassion, integrity, and accountability. Enjoys helping others grow and succeed. Is comfortable making decisions and solving problems. Builds trust and strong relationships. Communicates clearly and works well as part of a team. Believes in the value, dignity, and potential of every person.
