Responsibilities Manage and direct department programs, services, and staff Supervise employees in accordance with agency policies and regulations Develop, manage, and monitor program budgets Represent and promote programs within the community Build and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders Provide direct services when needed Maintain program documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements Support program growth and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in human services, program management, or a related field Previous supervisory experience preferred Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel Ability to exercise independent judgment and manage multiple priorities Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Express Employment Professionals is an Equal Opportunity Employer. $62,361.00 - $63,375.00 per year
