Job Description
Overview The Bridge is seeking an experienced Assistant Caddie Manager to support the Caddie Manager in overseeing a high-end, active caddie program. Candidates should have a strong background in the golf industry, with particular experience in caddying and caddie program operations. This leadership role will assist with the management of the club's outside operation, helping coordinate caddie services and maintain the high standards of The Bridge. The ideal candidate is a dependable leader who understands the importance of an exceptional caddie experience for both members and guests. Employment Term April through November 1, 2027 May through October 15, 2027 (alternative term considered) Essential Responsibilities Participate in all aspects of the management of caddie program Provide high level of service for members and guests Lead outside operations team Benefits Compensation commensurate with experience Housing solutions provided Uniform allocation Meals provided
