The Customer Engagement Associate plays a key role in delivering positive customer sales interactions, promoting telecommunications products, and supporting overall brand success. Customer Engagement Associate Responsibilities:

Engage directly with customers to deliver personalized and seamless service experiences Promote and sell telecommunications products while clearly communicating value and benefits Educate customers on available products and services to support confident decision-making Represent the company with professionalism, energy, and a customer-first attitude Work collaboratively with fellow Customer Engagement Associates and team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer retention Participate in ongoing training to strengthen sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement skills Accurately track customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up to maintain a high level of service What We're Looking For in a
