As our Loyalty & Rewards Lead, you'll own the performance and growth of the rewards programs we run for our clients. You'll track how each program is doing, look for new opportunities and recommend promotions and strategies that keep users engaged. That includes bringing in and activating new users, and getting existing users to engage more often. You'll be our go-to expert on rewards for internal teams and clients alike, working closely with Analytics, Creative Services, Finance, Product and leadership. What You'll Do Program Strategy & Growth Manage the day-to-day operations of all rewards programs and own their overall success and growth Plan rewards programs with internal project managers, including designing point structures for new programs Build and manage communication plans that bring in new users and get more engagement from existing ones Find, secure and negotiate rewards that will appeal to our user base Represent rewards on cross-functional projects and task forces Program Operations Manage the rewards catalog Build email campaigns and set up email templates Create or request the roles as needed Write official rules for sweepstakes and other programs Process sweepstakes winners and handle monthly sweepstakes billing Process, track and manage declarations Budget, Vendors & Reporting Track rewards budgets and margin across all clients Manage vendor relationships Work with Analytics, Finance and other program leads to forecast, track and report on program performance Support & Quality Be the subject matter expert on rewards and incentives for internal teams and clients Provide customer and client support Test platform tools and new features, and report bugs in the rewards tools What You Bring 2+ years of experience in rewards management, including international rewards and program rules Strong leadership skills and a track record of working well across teams Excellent organization and tracking skills Clear, effective written and verbal communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Nice to have: experience with SendGrid, Tango or similar rewards and email platforms

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
