Active Treatment Coordinator (ATC)
Job Description Accountability Objectives:
The Active Treatment Coordinator (ATC): responsibility for areas of staffing, program, household environment and management for the Direct Support Professional (DSP) and residents. In these areas, the ATC should be directly involved in the planning and implementation of services and supports. The ATC should direct training, follow up and coaching with DSP while keeping the QIDP informed at all times. The person in this position has the responsibility to further coordinate a variety of services including but not limited to: formal programs, individual finances, recreation, health services, family involvement, education/vocational programs, and any other supports/services necessary to ensure a good quality of life
Minimum Requirements:
18 years of age. High school diploma/GED required. One year supervisory experience preferred. Hold a valid Drivers License in the State of Ohio with clean driving record to be insured for company vehicles. Transportation of residents on outings, appointments, etc. Must be responsible, reliable, and be able to carry out job functions independently without on-going supervision. Must be able to work a schedule that accommodates the needs of the home. COME!
