Position Summary Hiram Farm seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop individualized, evidence-based programming for adults with autism and other developmental disabilities participating in Adult Day Services and Vocational Habilitation programs. The BCBA will create practical, goal-driven supports aligned with Individual Service Plans (ISPs), train staff on implementation, and build sustainable systems that improve independence, community engagement, communication, emotional regulation, vocational success, and quality of life. This position is focused on capacity-building rather than direct therapy services. Primary Responsibilities Program Development Create individualized support plans for each farmer including ISP goal alignment, teaching strategies, prompting hierarchies, reinforcement systems, data collection methods, sensory supports, communication supports, community integration supports, and vocational skill-building activities. Develop structured programming in social skills, communication, self-advocacy, self-regulation, independent living skills, vocational skills, community integration, executive functioning, leisure skills, and emotional wellness. Staff Training Develop and deliver training modules on autism, neurodiversity-affirming supports, person-centered practices, trauma-informed care, positive behavior supports, de-escalation techniques, prompting and fading, reinforcement systems, vocational coaching, and community-based instruction. Train staff on Rule requirements, dignity of risk, informed choice, rights restrictions, and DODD compliance expectations. Provide implementation coaching, observation, and feedback to ensure staff competency and consistency. Systems Development Create a comprehensive program manual outlining small group programming expectations, instructional frameworks, and implementation procedures. Develop simple and sustainable data collection systems to enhance our own data collection system (Brittco) to better track goal progress, independence, engagement, prompt levels, and behavioral trends. Develop sustainability plans and train leadership staff to maintain programming and training systems after the grant period concludes. Required Deliverables Individualized program plans for all active farmers. Minimum of 20 hours of staff training delivered. Training materials, handouts, and presentation slides. Goal tracking tools, observation forms, and progress monitoring templates. Comprehensive Program Manual. Final Report with recommendations and implementation outcomes.

From $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 - 16.0 per week
