Position Summary PPRC is seeking a passionate, engaging, and community-focused Program Facilitator to support the implementation of our youth and maternal health programming, including Endless Possibilities, Making Opportunities Matter (M.O.M.), and After Party . The ideal candidate is an energetic facilitator who enjoys working directly with youth, parents, and community partners while creating safe, supportive, and interactive learning environments. This position plays a vital role in participant engagement, program delivery, outreach efforts, and data collection to ensure positive outcomes for the individuals and families we serve. Essential Responsibilities Program Facilitation & Participant Engagement Facilitate educational workshops, support groups, and evidence-based curricula for youth and adults. Create engaging, inclusive, and trauma-informed learning environments. Encourage active participation and foster meaningful connections with participants. Support participant retention and ongoing engagement throughout program participation. Outreach & Community Partnerships Build and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, healthcare providers, and referral partners. Conduct outreach activities to recruit program participants. Represent PPRC at community events, resource fairs, and outreach initiatives. Serve as a positive ambassador for the organization and its mission. Program Coordination & Administration Maintain accurate participant records, attendance, and program documentation. Collect and enter data required for program evaluation and reporting. Assist with scheduling sessions, securing locations, and coordinating guest speakers and special activities. Monitor program outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Team Collaboration Work collaboratively with leadership and program staff to achieve organizational goals. Participate in staff meetings, training opportunities, and professional development activities. Contribute to a positive, mission-driven workplace culture. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Health, Human Services, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered. Minimum of one (1) year of experience facilitating programs, teaching, youth development, community engagement, or related work. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, and basic technology platforms. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance. Preferred Experience working in maternal and child health, public health, reproductive health, social services, or nonprofit organizations. Experience facilitating group discussions and educational workshops. Knowledge of trauma-informed practices. Bilingual or multilingual abilities, particularly Spanish. Pay:

$40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
