Program Manager II (1-6Years)

POSITION SUMMARY

The Program Manager II will work with a Sr Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams at our Miamisburg, OH facilities to drive program success, ensuring schedules, budgets, quality standards, and customer expectations are consistently met.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage cost, schedule, and performance (CSP) for assigned programs or projects within larger programs Maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) by modifying key program milestones aligning engineering, procurement, production, external vendors and customers with program objectives Coordinate internal resources and vendor partnerships to meet customer and company goals Lead a small team to meet program objectives and deliver regular status updates to Sr Program Manager and leadership on CSP Effective communicator both internal to Hawthorn Aero and with external customers Reports to Director of Program Management Office or Sr Program Manager and engages with other Sr Program Managers, the Director of Engineering, Sales, VPs of Programs, Operations, Systems, and other stakeholders to plan and execute program objectives Maintain, and communicate program risks to include program mitigation strategies Collaborate with quality and regulatory teams to uphold AS9100D and DoD requirements Perform and/or lead any tasks as necessary to ensure program success Participate in continuous improvement efforts to document, train, and refine Hawthorn Aero's program management strategy Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Program Management, or related field No Minimum year experience in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing within AS9100 Quality systems and/or NADCAP accredited environments. Some Prior leadership experience in

APQP, MRL

advancement, or similar new product introduction processes Some Prior experience generating process flow diagrams/value stream maps, Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), Risk matrices and control plans Ability to translate requirements into actionable plans and decisions under ambiguity Knowledge of managing budgets, schedules, and performance metrics in aerospace or defense programs Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable with executive and customer audiences Familiarity with aerospace/DoD technical drawings, quality standards, and regulatory processes Eligibility for U.S. government secret security clearance Experience with Microsoft Products including Outlook and Office Willingness to travel up to 15% to customer sites as necessary Preferred Qualifications Active U.S. government secret security clearance

PMP, DAWIA

certifications Expertise in Microsoft Project and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems Background in manufacturing, composite fabrication, aircraft and UAS/UAV integration, or technology development

Pay:

$90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
