SarahCare is a leading provider of adult day health services for seniors. Our participants spend their days in a warm, safe, and engaging environment and return home to their families each evening. We believe each day is a gift and work hard to make each day meaningful. We are looking for an upbeat, caring, hands-on leader to oversee the daily operations of our adult day center. This is a busy and rewarding position where no two days are alike. You'll lead a great team, build rewarding relationships with participants and families, support engaging programs, and help ensure the center operates smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Do:

Lease and mange all center staff, including hiring, training, supervision, performance management, and termination in collaboration with our Human Resources staff. Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with regulations and SarahCare standards. Build srong relationships with participants and their families. Support the Family Care Coordinator as needed and personally welcome new participants as they begin their SarahCare joyrney. Oversee participant records, Person-Centered Plans of Care, and required documentation. Ensure appropriate staff-to-participant ratios are maintained throughout the day. Address staff, participant, and family concerns effectively while fostering a positive and supportive environment. Support center census and marketing goals. Participate in quality improvement and corporate initiatives. Oversee supplies food ordering, petty cash and required reports.

What We're Looking For:

An upbeat, friendly, and compassionate personality. Strong leadership and communication skills. Bachelor's degree in gerontology or a related field, or a professional license in a related field, or three years of experience in a senior healthcare setting preferred. Two years of direct-care experience preferred. Two years of supervisory experience preferred. Someone who enjoys a fast-paced, hands-on role and working with older adults.
