What you'll do: Keep client files and documentation current Run regular check-ins and write progress notes Track medication logs and important deadlines (plan renewals, annual reviews) Coordinate staffing coverage Help out wherever needed — could be driving a client to an appointment, dropping a vehicle off for service, or other day-to-day tasks Be a point of contact for staff on client questions What you'll need: Strong organizational skills, comfortable multitasking Comfortable using a computer or tablet Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Good communication skills Experience in home care/day services a plus, not required

Pay:

$17.00 - $23.00 per hour
