Duties and Responsibilities Process Trial Program applications for a designated region, ensuring accurate data entry and timely documentation submission. Communicate professionally and effectively with customers, clinical teams, families, and internal staff. Support customers and their teams with next steps following trial decisions, including initiating returns when appropriate. Verify eligibility and/or benefits for trial devices through web portals, phone calls, and third party software. Follow established Trial Device Program and departmental policies and procedures. Attend and actively participate in required meetings. Assist regional team members with tasks such as data entry, benefit verification, and order confirmation. Education and Experience High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of one year of customer service experience is required. Medical office experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook strongly recommended. Required Skills/Abilities Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail. Service oriented mindset focused on customer satisfaction and success.
