24 per hour, depending on experience Position Summary The Clinical Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating accreditation, regulatory compliance, and quality performance across designated clinical programs, including but not limited to Stroke, STEMI, and Bariatric programs. This role ensures the program is compliant with accreditation or regulatory standards, and leads quality improvement initiatives that align with CMS Conditions of Participation, accreditation body standards, and specialty program certification standards. Clinical Program Coordinators support high-quality, evidence-based care that aligns with accreditation or certification standards by leading continuous improvement efforts, preparing for surveys, conducting audits, analyzing data, optimizing workflows, and educating staff and patients. They collaborate with physicians, clinical teams, quality staff, and accrediting agencies to ensure regulatory compliance and program excellence. Position Qualifications Experience 3 years' experience in healthcare quality, regulatory, compliance, analytics, accreditation, infection prevention, emergency preparedness, clinical operations, education and/or progressive leadership experience is preferred Working knowledge of Lean or equivalent healthcare quality methodologies, patient safety principles, high reliability, and healthcare regulatory requirements is preferred Education Bachelor's degree in nursing is required Master's degree in nursing, business, or other healthcare or quality improvement related field is preferred
Certification/Licensure RN:
Registered Nurse by the Oregon State Board of Nursing is required upon start
BLS:
Basic Life Support is required upon start
ACLS:
