Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in program or project management. 8 years of experience managing programs and processes across distributed systems. 5 years of experience in a leadership role. 5 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting in Supply Chain or Logistics. Experience in Data Centers, mission critical or manufacturing facilities operations or projects.
Preferred qualifications:
8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. Proficient experience in program or project management, mission-critical facilities (e.g., data centers, chip fab), operations, Manufacturing/Product Engineering, PDM/Product Lifecycle Management, Supply Chain. Experience in a role leading coordination across multiple technical teams. Strong communication, leadership and collaboration skills. Proven track record of achieving project objectives on schedule and within budget. Integrated approach to lifecycle management of data center operations, including hardware, software, and process.
